Xtreme – Sports and Entertainment for Children and Adults
We are pleased to announce the completion of a key stage in the transformation of Galeria Gwiezdna, managed by MERCUS Logistyka. In line with our adopted development strategy, the facility has undergone a major profile shift—transitioning from a retail and furniture-focused venue into a modern local service and recreation center that meets the dynamically changing needs of local residents.
March 2026 saw two key openings that define the facility’s new identity:
- March 17, 2026 – The opening of the modern Xtreme Fitness club. A professional training zone spanning approximately 600 m² was created to promote a healthy lifestyle and physical activity within the local community.
- March 21, 2026 – The launch of the Xtreme Kids play center. Covering nearly 700 m², the facility offers safe play areas for children (starting from six months of age), a gym, a sports court, and four conference and event rooms designed for occasions such as parties and birthdays.
Business Vision and Investment Highlights: The decision to rebrand and repurpose the premises (previously occupied since 2011 by the Oberża restaurant and Sunny Club Music) was preceded by a thorough market analysis. As the facility manager, we focused on service synergy. Parents using Xtreme Fitness can simultaneously provide active entertainment for their children at Xtreme Kids—a unique value proposition for Legnica. We have also made the following available to our guests:
- A comfort zone for parents: a bar featuring a professional coffee station, sweet snacks, and a relaxation area.
- A workshop room: dedicated to educational and creative activities, further strengthening ties with the local community.
- Comprehensive facilities: including a large, free car park that ensures convenient access to the venue.
Under the management of Mercus Logistyka, Galeria Gwiezdna is becoming a place where modern business meets the practical, everyday needs of local residents, setting a new standard in the leisure and services sector.
