INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING SUPPORT FOR SAP ARIBA
Open Tenders in the KGHM Group

If you are interested in participating in proceedings conducted by KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group, please complete the following steps.
Steps 1–3 apply to Suppliers who have not yet registered on the new KGHM Procurement Platform.
- Complete the registration application
https://kghm.sourcing-eu.ariba.com/ad/selfRegistration/ in the KGHM Group Supplier database. Once your application has been approved by the Administrator, you will receive an email entitled Register as a Supplier of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Capital Group, containing a link to register with Ariba Network, the global SAP Ariba Supplier database. Access to Ariba Network is required to complete the registration process. Registration with Ariba Network is free of charge for Contractors. - Click the link in the email mentioned above, then create an account or log in to Ariba Network if you already have an account.
- After registering or logging in to Ariba Network, the registration form for the KGHM Group Supplier database will be displayed automatically. Please complete the form carefully and submit it for approval.
- After completing the above steps, send an email to the person responsible for the tender, requesting to be added to the proceeding. The email should contain the following information:
Subject: Proceeding No. ….
- Your Ariba Network Supplier ID (example: AN11111111111)
- The name of the proceeding in which you wish to participate
- The electronic event number for the proceeding, provided in the announcement details

All tender proceedings initiated and not completed by November 12, 2019, must be completed in the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Procurement Support System at:
