The MERCUS Logistyka Quality Policy is an official commitment by the Management Board and the entire team to consciously and consistently comply with international standards and continuously improve efficiency across all areas of operational activity. As a limited liability company belonging to the KGHM Capital Group, we define quality in terms of business responsibility, process continuity, and operational stability, which we achieve based on key strategic pillars.

      Guaranteeing the full stability, timeliness, and continuity of logistics processes carried out by the Material Logistics Centre. This is critical to maintaining the uninterrupted technological processes of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and companies within the KGHM Capital Group.

      Manufacturing technologically advanced and reliable electrical wire harnesses for demanding industrial sectors, including the energy and machinery industries and the self-service equipment sector, such as parcel lockers. Our production processes are based on rigorous technical standards, as confirmed by the international UL certification, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance in global markets.
    • Guaranteeing Transport Safety:
      Providing safe, punctual, and optimized passenger transport services, both employee and commercial, which form a key logistical backbone supporting the day-to-day operations of KGHM Polska Miedź and its Capital Group.
    • Building Long-Term Trust and Synergy:
      Providing integrated services in vehicle mechanics, motor vehicle damage claims and repairs, transport and heavy-duty fleet servicing at our automatic large-vehicle wash, as well as professional design, furnishing, and installation of business interiors. Every service is delivered in accordance with customer specifications and the highest market standards.
