Based on the chart presented, showing the number of reported occupational accidents at MERCUS Logistyka Sp. z o.o. between 2015 and 2025, a clear and consistent downward trend can be observed. This demonstrates a systematic improvement in workplace safety and a growing safety culture within the company.
Over the last 7 months (December 2024 – June 2025), no occupational accidents were recorded.
This unprecedented result should be regarded as a great success for the team responsible for occupational health and safety (OHS).
Achieving zero accidents is the result of consistent actions, including:

- implementation of modern safety procedures,
- regular workplace inspections and audits,
- increased employee awareness of occupational hazards.
In addition to the professionalism and commitment of the OHS team, the attitude of the employees themselves had a significant impact on this impressive result. Their vigilance, responsibility, and knowledge and application of safety rules made it possible to achieve such a remarkable outcome: zero accidents over the last 6 months.
