A New Look for the Company Headquarters Reception
Modernization Complete
We are pleased to announce that at the end of December 2025, the reception area at the Mercus Logistyka headquarters underwent a major transformation—its first in 20 years. Following three months of intensive renovation work, the space is now open, combining modern design with superior functionality.
What has changed?
The primary goal of the modernization was to bring the reception area up to modern standards while meeting the needs of both employees and visitors. Key changes included:
- New functional layout: The reception desk was relocated to the left side, allowing for better traffic flow and optimization of the entrance area.
- Design and aesthetics: The interior now features bright, welcoming colors. We incorporated modern textured wall finishes and stylish lighting.
- Comfort zone: We installed mobile device charging ports in the waiting area, ensuring quick and convenient charging.
- Security: As part of the renovation, we upgraded and relocated access control points, streamlining the flow of people while maintaining the highest security standards.
Positive reception
The new look of the headquarters has been met with an enthusiastic response. Both visitors and employees note that the new space is not only more aesthetically pleasing but, above all, enhances our company’s image.
